• Be responsible for managing an array of activities related to the Employee Lifecycle with focus on employee relations and recruitment. • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for incoming and outgoing colleagues. This includes but not limited; preparation of Letter of Appointment/Acceptance of Resignation, onboarding /offboarding documents, enrolment for insurance, time and attendance system, etc. • Run ad-hoc and monthly reports from the systems for various stakeholders and maintain data accuracy in the systems. • Type accurately, prepare and maintain employee learning and development documents and records. • Manage job postings on various job portals for full-time and part-time positions. • Liaise with hiring managers to schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates. • Organize and execute Workplace health, wellness, colleagues' engagement activities. • Any other reasonable duties assigned by your supervisor.
