Role Summary:
As Myra’s Sales & Credit Admin Executive, you are responsible for managing and overseeing the sales and credit administration operations of a property development company. You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also have a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality, and be knowledgeable about sales and credit administration regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Sales Documentation Management: Monitor and manage sales documentation, including checking and ensuring prompt execution of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) through liaison with solicitors and buyers. -Loan Submission Support: Provide assistance to sales executives with the required documents for loan submission purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness. -Buyer Data Management: Update buyer data in the Property Sales System and maintain an organized filing system for all relevant documentation. -Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors, and other related parties to ensure proper documentation and timely loan releases. -Progressive Billing Management: Ensure progressive billings are released on time and payments are received within the stipulated timeline. -End-Financing Arrangement: Arrange End-Financing lines with banks for upcoming projects and handle applications for APDL (Advertising Permit and Developer’s License). -Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on conversion, collection, and other reports required by superiors. -Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders to support business growth and client satisfaction.
