Responsibilities: • Assist in handling full set of accounts including daily accounting activities, AP, AR and GL. • Assist in issuing of invoice, credit note, debit note, payment voucher, journal voucher and etc. • To prepare monthly casual wages. • Process invoices, expenses claims, and ensure timely payments to vendors or others. • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness. • To assist in update fixed assets record and listing. • Ensure proper compile, filing, recordkeeping and safekeeping of relevant accounts and finance documents. • Handle basic general administrative duties. • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards. • Assist with implementation and maintenance of QM documentation. • To update project ledger. • To undertake other ad hoc assignments as required from time to time by the Management. Requirements: • Minimum SPM or equivalent. • Applicants in similar position at least 1 year of working experience in the related field will have an added advantage. • Applicants experienced in construction industry (main contractor) will be an added advantage. • Competent user of SQL System and Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
