IT Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-related projects in our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and timelines, and will manage project resources to ensure successful completion within budget and on time. Sales Domain is part of our core solutions, we work closely with the business partner especially in FMCG industry to drive transformation and growth by evolving and enhancing our solutions. We provide the Sales Force, Sales & Distribution, Trade Promotion, used among all our business partners. This includes but is not limited to solutions like Distributor Management System & Sales Force Automation System, Trade Promo Management Systems, Inventory Management System, Microsoft OLAP Cube Business Intelligence, PowerBI and others. Responsibilities: • Lead the planning and execution of technology-related projects, from initiation to closure • Define project objectives, scope, and timelines, and ensure alignment with business goals • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing requirements • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including executive management, project sponsors, and team members • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date • Facilitate project team meetings and ensure action items are documented and completed • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field • Proven experience in project management, preferably in an IT or technology-related field • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business analysts • Experience with project management tools and software • PMP certification is a plus If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
