Position: Business Development Director Location: Bandar Sunway, PJ Job Description: Drive strategic business growth by developing and implementing high-impact initiatives focused on revenue generation and market expansion. Establish and maintain influential partnerships with leaders in State and Federal government agencies to maximize business opportunities. Oversee the complete tendering, bidding, and contract negotiation processes for high-value projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Develop and execute a global sales strategy that supports organizational goals and positions the company as a leader in targeted markets. Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and supporting continuous professional growth. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to guide strategic decisions, refine sales approaches, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Conduct in-depth market research on targeted sectors to identify opportunities for geographic and sector-specific expansion. Monitor potential collaborators and competitors to assess market dynamics, anticipate business threats, and uncover new growth opportunities. Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s or advanced degree is a plus. Proven track record in business development and sales within the technology, AI, or automation sectors. Possess at least 10 years of business development in IT solutions, cloud platforms, or related corporate solutions, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets., and at least 2 to 3 years of business development director role in AI industry is required. Comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to close with a solution-oriented approach. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with the Malaysian market, including industry trends and the competitive landscape in SaaS, Big Data, or AI. Experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional proposals involving multiple business units. Willingness to travel. Proficient in both Mandarin and English. Remuneration Package: Basic Salary: RM20,000 Working Days: Mon to Fri Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
