Responsibility
- To coach and develop team members and provides ongoing feedback and improvements.
- To monitor the Customer Care Unit to ensure the inbound calls are being attended in order to improve the Service Level.
- Manage, review and take corrective action as per PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) cycle with respect to the performance and operation of the Section.
- Train & supervise subordinate in multitasking operation & flexible working hours/days.
- Report on operations performance in daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Identify operation constraint & possible action plan.
- Feedback/Complaint & request management.
- Handling server room and liaising with various groups of people (TM personnel, vendor and etc).
- Evaluation and ensuring effectiveness of training program among the team member.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years in Contact Centre operations experiences is required.
- Leadership characteristic and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skill and able to work under pressure.
- Manage to work with team environment.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
