Responsibility

  • To coach and develop team members and provides ongoing feedback and improvements.
  • To monitor the Customer Care Unit to ensure the inbound calls are being attended in order to improve the Service Level.
  • Manage, review and take corrective action as per PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) cycle with respect to the performance and operation of the Section.
  • Train & supervise subordinate in multitasking operation & flexible working hours/days.
  • Report on operations performance in daily, weekly & monthly basis.
  • Identify operation constraint & possible action plan.
  • Feedback/Complaint & request management.
  • Handling server room and liaising with various groups of people (TM personnel, vendor and etc).
  • Evaluation and ensuring effectiveness of training program among the team member.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years in Contact Centre operations experiences is required.
  • Leadership characteristic and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skill and able to work under pressure.
  • Manage to work with team environment.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
