  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position : Internship - Logistics/Transportation/ Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads for logistics and supply chain services.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to follow up on inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.
  • Participate in market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring shipment processes, including air, sea, and land transportation.
  • Support the operations team in tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Handle documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs clearance paperwork.
  • Work with different departments to optimize logistics operations and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues related to transportation and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing study Degree in Logistics/Transportation or relevant courses.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Well versed in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Currently in last year/semester.
