  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy.
  • Training staff to follow restaurant procedures.
  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards
  • Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
  • Organizing staff schedules and rostering
  • Keeping track of employees’ hours
  • Oversee daily production and staffing, report to the Management.
  • Assist on monthly stock count and report to the Management.
  • Overseeing daily cash flow as per SOP and report to the Management.
  • Demonstrates and train team to maintain high levels of services.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years for Supervisor / Managerial working experience in either fast food chain, restaurant or a catering company.
  • Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written)
  • Possess good customer service skills and mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Experience:

  • F&B managerial: 3 years (Required)
