Reporting to the Sales Relationship Manager, this full-time Sales Coordinator (Admin) role offers an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at MANFORCE GROUP BERHAD', a leading provider of professional consulting services. Based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, you will play a crucial administrative and support role in driving the company's sales and customer success initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including customer data management
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience
- Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of sales-related activities
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales or client-facing administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work collaboratively
