Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring projects, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing:
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract a large pool of candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a database of pre-screened candidates for bulk hiring needs.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their bulk hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Candidate Assessment:
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client preferences.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of bulk recruitment campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates to management and clients on project progress.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and innovative recruitment practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: RM881.67 - RM1,000.00 per month
