1. According to the company's development direction, obtain customers through telephone, Internet and email, develop and analyze customer needs, find sales opportunities and complete sales performance;

2. Responsible for collecting new customer resources and communicating with them, exploring new markets, developing new customers, and increasing sales scope.

3. Complete quantitative work requirements and be able to independently handle other work assigned by superiors.

5. Assist sales staff to receive door-to-door customers and make phone calls; when sales staff are absent, promptly convey customer information and handle it properly.

6. Collect and analyze market data and provide regular feedback on the latest information.

7. Work in the office, no need to go out, and assist the supervisor in making relevant work arrangements;

8. Review and summarize daily work results and continuously improve sales skills.

9. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the leader.

10. Provide daily sales support: Assist the sales team to complete the sales process, including sales data collection, order processing, logistics arrangements, etc.

11. Responsible for the production and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statistical statements and reports of various sales indicators, and respond to leadership inquiries about sales dynamics at any time.

12. Responsible for collecting, organizing and summarizing market conditions, prices, new products, substitutes, customer sources and other information, and presenting analysis reports to provide reference for department business personnel and leadership decision-making.

  • SPM & Above.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred , Malay, English
  • Sales Experience Preferred.
  • Good attitude & attendance, responsibilities.
  • Alternate Saturday.

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
