Key Responsibilities: -

Ensure all daily transactions are recorded accurately.
Prepare balance sheets, process official invoices, and update internal systems with financial data.
Record and manage accounts payable and receivables.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, reconcile bank statements, and track deposits and payments.
Assist in budget preparation and participate in financial audits.
Review and implement financial policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Liaise with various departments to ensure financial processes are integrated and understood.

Qualifications: -

A minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Solid understanding of financial procedures, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
Experience using financial software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
Excellent time management abilities, and strong analytical and numerical skills.
High ethical standards with the capability to manage confidential data effectively.
Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required to facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
