We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive, to represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as market research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research utilizing resources such as LinkedIn, SFDC, and industry databases to identify potential customers within target markets.
- Identify and understand the needs of prospects, recommending appropriate products or services.
- Take initiative in reaching out to potential leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to generate new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and pre-sales/ consultant teams to hand off qualified leads and provide detailed insights gathered during the initial stages of contact.
- Maintain a well-organized and accurate lead database, ensuring that leads are properly nurtured and followed up on in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) phone-based sales, specifically within the solution and IT services industry
- Goal-oriented mindset and motivated to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Highly motivated individual with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
