Job Overview:

As a financial functional consultant, will be involved in the full cycle implementation, consulting, configuration, training, installation for clients using D365 F&O. Will provide an outstanding support experience to our customers after go-live.

Job Descriptions:

· Advise customer organization on solution usage and help minimize gaps between standard product customer's business processes with creative configuration.

· Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents.

· Configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules.

· Prepare functional specification for new customization.

· Prepare User Manuals and deliver training to key/end users.

· Provide pre-go live and post go live end user support.

· Ensure project documents are completed, and project is delivered successfully as per the plan.

· Provide day-to-day functional support to various users regarding specific operational/system issues.

· Provide proactive support advice, contributing to product quality and enhancements.

· Evaluate finance processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in ERP system consulting and user support.

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree are welcome to apply.

· Ability to understand, communicate, and interpret client business processes and requirements.

· Experience in Microsoft ERP systems such as D365 F&O, Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 BC.

· Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience.

· Experience in various financial modules such as General Ledger, Cash & Bank, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Management Reporter and other financial modules.

· A plus is experience in Expense Management, Intercompany, Project Accounting, Supply Chain.

· A plus is knowledge on Localization Requirements / Financial Policies and Procedures.

· Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.

· English proficiency and excellent communication skills.

Work Schedule:

Before the NA support service starts (Prior Apr 2025): 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

After the NA support service starts (Apr 2025 onwards): 11:30 PM to 9:00 AM

Work Location:

Office address is in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor Malaysia (will be mainly to be Working Remotely)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
