Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor and achieve of production KPI: Line efficiency, GMP, wastages, OEE, production productivity, production yield and OT control.
Monitor production activities to ensure process parameter is met, material and manpower are controlled within the budget.
Liaise with Maintenance on machine breakdown and job request for line improvement.
Responsible for manpower arrangement and requirement to ensure production processes are implemented as scheduled.
Ensure raw material and packaging material availability before production and arrange for material replenishment.
Ensure worker is adhere to the GMP, personnel hygiene, safety rules and regulations.
Staff training on Safety, GMP, SOP and WI.
Engage and take action on worker disciplinary issues.
Daily briefing on production performance.

Other duties on ad hoc basis.

Work Experience & Education Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree holder
Has experience in Production Planning.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail minded, proactive, independent.
Experience in HACCP or ISO environment.
Proficiency in using PC applications i.e. Outlook, MS Office, Word Processing, etc.

Initiative and able to work under pressure.
