What you will do
As a dedicated Voice / Non-Voice Channel Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer service. Here is what's waiting for you:
- Focusing diligently on voice channels to swiftly address customer queries and take ownership of their concerns
- Striking the perfect balance between customer requirements and business objectives, showcasing your skills in sales and marketing techniques
- Presenting information about our products while professionally managing high inquiry volumes
- Embracing accountability for individual KPIs and working cohesively towards team goals
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating with our Team Leaders and Managers
- Upholding the utmost integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer information at all times
Job Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin, giving you a chance to showcase your language skills
- A minimum SPM qualification
- Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia to round out your communication abilities
- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role? That's a big plus!
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
