Requirements
- Candidate must be very fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin, as you will need to speak to mandarin only speaker customer.
- At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or logistics related job scope is required
- A hardworking person with strong self-discipline and pro-active
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jelutong Penang and possess own transport or motorbike/car
Responsibility
- As a Customer Service & Logistic Executive, you will undergo a comprehensive training by the company, and eventually able to support the business daily operation which includes:
- Reply to customer enquiry on product information, delivery status & complaints if any
- To give customer price quotation for customize birthday cake, wedding, or events
- Liaise with marketplace, collaborate partners, and corporate clients on order fulfillment and delivery matters
