JOB DESCRIPTION:

Industrial Relations :

  • Manage any grievances, disputes and disciplinary cases towards a prompt and amicable resolution.
  • Ensure disciplinary actions taken are in compliance with Employment Act 1955 / Industrial Relations Act 1967 .
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • To manage PIP and performance management.

Training & Development :

  • Develop training plan (TNA), organize training programs.
  • Conduct Orientation Program for new employees.

Employee Relations :

  • Support and lead employee engagement initiatives.
  • Organizes corporate events such as company's dinner, team building, etc.

Recruitment :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

Admin :

  • Maintain HR records, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Perform office administration tasks.
  • Other HR functions or ad hoc tasks as per required by the superior.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field required; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 2- 3 years of HR experience, those with experience in recruitment and have the experience in domestic inquiries will be given priority.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
