- Handle the QA/QC task to achieve the quality objectives set by company
- Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing QC activities to ensure the product received, produced and delivered to customer and can meet customers' requirements
- Handle customer complaints and investigate, analysis, follow up and filing for any product problem
- Take initiative to improve the product and process quality for better customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness
- To safe keeping and maintenance of monitoring and measurement equipment
- Liaison with customer for the related quality issues when necessary
- Identify subordinate training needs
- To ensure the implementation of Total Management System, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
- Any other task assigned by the superior

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
