KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and document potential customers within the assigned business territory.
- Conduct demand creation and sales prospecting activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare sales reports, market studies, and sales analyses to support demand creation and business development.
- Coordinate and prepare sales materials for presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in Business Development within Solar Energy or related industry. (Preferable)
- Strong understanding of solar technology, project management, and EPCC process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and result-oriented mindset.
