Job descriptions:

  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
  • Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily posts and answering any queries
  • Managing petty cash transactions
  • Review and compile expenses and make reimbursements
  • Assist in payroll, overtime, and employees' claims
  • Processing, recording & filing transactions
  • To liaise with government agencies and private sectors regarding account related tasks
  • Preparing official receipts, invoices, payment vouchers and other related financial documentations as required
  • Able to do any other tasks related to account
  • Assist responsibilities as assigned by superior

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or any other equivalents
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application • Good organization skills with ability to multitask
