Job descriptions:
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily posts and answering any queries
- Managing petty cash transactions
- Review and compile expenses and make reimbursements
- Assist in payroll, overtime, and employees' claims
- Processing, recording & filing transactions
- To liaise with government agencies and private sectors regarding account related tasks
- Preparing official receipts, invoices, payment vouchers and other related financial documentations as required
- Able to do any other tasks related to account
- Assist responsibilities as assigned by superior
Job requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or any other equivalents
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application • Good organization skills with ability to multitask
