  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Update customer details according to financial institutions standard.
  • ⁠Update customer information to in-house financial systems.
  • Request documents from customer, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage document control, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
  • Meet and follow up with new clients.
  • Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in any customer service industry.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
