Job scopes:
- Update customer details according to financial institutions standard.
- Update customer information to in-house financial systems.
- Request documents from customer, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage document control, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
- Meet and follow up with new clients.
- Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in any customer service industry.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
