- To communicate with customer thru to promote sales through networks chat.
- Respond to telephone inquiries and Internet inquiries; Handle order through website and phone.
- (Liang, Souper Tang, YS) Own website,Shoppe, Lazada, Facebook, WhatsApp.
- Arrange shipping and Classification of different logistics delivery to make sure all in order.
- Record shipping order.
- Handle customer order, payment, and follow up with Logistics status;
- Handle customer complaint and feedback, return and exchange goods.
- Looking for potential customer and Agent.
- Support Marketing Team to provide idea and discuss sales planning offer.
- To check with network promotion layout, etc.; To ensure customers can easily see the latest promotions and products.
- To Achieve group sales goals
- Additional tasks assigned by Management
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Computer literate
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be able to speak and read Mandarin.
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Nusajaya (near Bukit Indah), Johor, Malaysia.
