Job Description
- To manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
- To conduct induction training for new joiners.
- Issuance of all correspondences to staff (such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, reference letters, etc).
- Monitor and follow up on staff probation and confirmation.
- Draft documents including but not limited to employer proposals, letters, memos, and reports.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing.
- Assist in calculation of employee 's monthly overtime claims.
- To perform any ad-hoc task given by immediate superior and top management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
