RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Director, facilitating communication with internal employees and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Director, drafting letters, emails, reports, and correspondence, ensuring that all inquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  • Arrange travel logistics, prepare expense reports, and ensure all necessary items are ready.
  • Act on behalf of the Director when necessary, making informed decisions, delegating tasks, and meeting with external clients as authorized.
  • Work closely and effectively with the Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, while following up appropriately.
  • Foster effective communication and maintain trust and support between the Director’s office and the staff in his portfolio.
  • Execute project work and administrative tasks to support ongoing business operations, including information collation, document formatting, meeting organization, and presentation development.
  • Prepare agenda, take minutes, distribute meeting minutes and take note of all follow-up actions required from all meetings diligently
  • Exercise good judgements in managing priorities, ensure effective appointments and time achieve a smooth management to flow of Director’s schedules.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary and assigned from time to time.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
