Position Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives. You will leading to drive ticketing revenue, attraction visitors and enhance brand awareness of the project. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on execution to effectively navigate the dynamic landscape of sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal or external teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
2. Sales Management:
- Lead the business to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales plans, including territory management, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
3. Marketing Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing with internal and external teams.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
4. Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications with internal and external teams.
- Implement brand-building initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Monitor brand perception and sentiment and develop strategies to address any issues or opportunities.
5. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, travel and tour agencies and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, PR conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
6. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and industry trends.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.
7. Ticketing Operations:
- Develop and manage ticketing strategy that includes pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.
- Oversee the implementation of a user-friendly ticketing platform to drive online and on-site sales.
- Track and analyse ticket sales trends to adjust strategies and maximize revenue.
8. Guest Relations and Customer Experience:
- Oversee the development and implementation of guest relations programs that enhance the overall visitor experience.
- Ensure high standards of customer service across all touchpoints, from ticketing to on-site interactions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for VIP guests and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
9. Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate and execute events leading up to park’s opening and post opening.
- Manage the event calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales efforts.
- Develop relationships with event planners, vendors, and influencers to enhance event visibility and success.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
