Assistant Manager, Finance

JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 1. Promptly report and prepare analysis and schedules monitoring the consumption/ usage/ major costs and expenses including CAPEX & highlight to management on any abnormal variances. 2. Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing reports. 3. Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures. 4. To perform a periodic review of accounting controls in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of all data in compliance with the management directive and legal requirements. 5. Supervising the team to ensure the efficiency of the day-to-day operation of overall. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. 2 Professional Certification in ACCA, CPA, CIMA, and MIA will be added advantages. 3. At least 7 - 10 years of working experience in the related field, preferably with 2 to 3 years of audit working experience and/or from a manufacturing environment. 4. Experience in MYOB & AutoAccount is preferable.
