Project Management

Role and responsibilities:

• Planning and responsible for over all site activities and monitor progress closely.
• Monitor and planning all necessary resources such as materials, manpower and equipment to achieve required schedule and completion dates.
• Full time on site and attend all relevant meetings either with clients or wit his site team including safety tools box meeting.
• To ensure respective department (Construction, QAQC, HSE and QS) perform their duties as assign.
• Ensure project team members adhere to company policies.
• Project cost control.
• Fully understand the scope of work of the project, contract document for the project.
• Report to top management on physical and financial progress of project.
• Liaise with client, main con, sub con, specialist and supplier for the project.
• Provide solution options to top management of necessary.
• Coordinate with other management staff in different department within the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural/ Mechanical & Electrical/ Architecture or related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in property development
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a must).
• Proficient in MS Office applications with good report writing skills.
• Proactive and ability to work in fast pace environment meeting tight project deadline.
• Strong analytical skill and detail oriented.
• Good project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
• Proven leadership and problem solving skill in projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
