Key Responsibilities
- Engage and Connect:
- Conduct outbound calls daily, creating meaningful relationships built on trust and empathy.
- Use consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and align them with PasXcel’s tailored solutions.
- Follow Proven Sales Scripts:
- Adhere to structured scripts designed for clarity and consistency while adapting your approach based on each prospect’s unique situation.
- Handle Objections with Confidence:
- Navigate challenges with resilience and empathy, maintaining trust and a solution-oriented mindset throughout the sales process.
- Pipeline Management:
- Take ownership of leads using CRM tools, tracking progress from initial contact to enrollment to ensure smooth follow-ups.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Embrace feedback and refine your techniques through ongoing coaching. Take ownership of your personal development by learning and growing alongside a supportive team.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you must have:
- Fluency in English:
- Exceptional spoken and written English skills are essential, including a pleasant tone, clear pronunciation, and the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
- Telesales Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in telesales or a similar sales-driven role.

- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Strong Adaptability and Resilience:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
