WHAT'S THE ROLE?
You will play a key role in the smooth execution of hiring within Hilti Asia IT Services (HAITS). Your primary focus will be acting as a lead coordinator across the High Performing Talent Acquisition Function.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners, HR team and Key Stakeholders in driving coordination of key Talent Acquisition processes within the team.
- Global interview management (scheduling) for one or more key stakeholder groups within HAITS
- Ensure that all invitations and candidate touch points are accurate and executed timely (fast)
- Coordinate with 3rd party consultancies as required
- Work with TA Partners and the Head of TA on key Talent Acquisition projects such as social media, university relationships (careers fairs) and volume hiring
- Champion data integrity and ensure that all systems (applicant tracking system, talent relationship management) are maintained to a high level
- Execute reports on behalf of the Head of TA and Head of HR

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Admin, Management, HRM, or in a related field with a Cumulative Grade Point Average 3.0 and above
- Having at least 6 months of experience in a Human Resources or a corporate environment is highly advantageous
- A love for being organized, you enjoy structure, process and getting things done
- Experience of collaborating with others in a dynamic, fast paced team environment
