Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in key in invoices, staff claims and etc timely and accurately.
- Assist in prepare payment voucher, cheque and online banking timely and accurately.
- Assist in prepare month end bank reconciliations.
- Assist in maintain accurate record of fixed asset register.
- Assist in prepare and key in journal entry.
- Assist in reconciliation of supplier accounts to maintain accurate.
- Assist in preparation documents for audits.
- Assist in closing for dormant company's account.
- Assist issuing Progress Billing and Official Receipts.
- Assist in tasks as assigned by the finance & Credit Control team.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities which the immediate superior ot the company may assign from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferably with Property Development).
- Have good skill in analysis, coordination and regular follow up.
- Conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of MS office and IFCA accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Cheerful, positive, open minded and have good learning abilities.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
