BIM Modeller (Architecture-Revit)

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities :

• Assist the architect and in projects undertaken by company
• Able to used & familiar with Architecture Design and manage to interpret 2D Structure Drawings to 3D BIM Model
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication skills and MUST be able to meet demanding work schedules and having skills including the ability to multi-task
• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Create and understand 3D Family Creation
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
• Manage and knowledgeable in creating Project Template & Standards for Architecture
• Any other tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements :

• Able to use BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and other related software.
• Working experience in BIM Environment is added advantage. Proficient in BIM-related software, eg. Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD 2D.
• Able to prepare working drawings, construction details, and detailed drawings
• Able to prepare technical drawings, Tender drawing for client submissions.
• Able to handle authority submissions
• Must be willing to travel / outstation / work overtime.
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Knowledgeable with the following software application e.g. (AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and MS Office Application).
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
• Fresh graduates with basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
