Ø Periodical Reporting to AFS Japan
- -To supervise and manage the Corporate Strategy Function of the Company.
Ø Analysis on the Gap between Policy, Budget and actual implementation by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Ø Proposal on change of direction / additional instruction / creating and abolishment of rules and regulation / additional training. Proposal on the enhancement of management practice of the Company
Ø Develop corporate data management and analysis function to support strategy planning and decision making
- -To supervise and manage the business development function of the Company.
Ø Business Development in line with Mid-Term Plan and Portfolio Management
Ø Review of Corporate Management and Compliance
Ø Generating creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations
- -To supervise and manage the Corporate Communication, Investor Relations and Public Relations of Company.
Ø Investor Relations Activities Planning and the implementation
Ø Corporate Communication and Public Relations Activities Planning
Ø Crisis Management of Company - external communication
- -To support Board of Director and Board Committees related matters. -To liaise with Corporate Secretary, share registrar and other stakeholders in the execution of corporate activities. -To liaise with Board of Director in the execution of corporate activities
