Work you’ll do
- Lead advisory M&A including buy-side, sell-side and capital raising
- Focused on cross-border M&A transactions involving international, regional and national blue chip clients, emerging companies, financial investors as well as highly accomplished local companies
- Management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with key client stakeholders and external vendors/bidders
- Preparation of marketing materials and other key deal documents
- Development of valuation, financial and strategic analysis
- Management of the due diligence process

Requirements
- Completed undergraduate or master’s degree in accounting, finance or business majors from a recognized university with outstanding academic credentials or professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, CFA or MBA.
- An understanding of business fundamentals: strategies, operating models, functions, macroeconomics.
- Possesses numerical and analytical skills to produce concise and logical analyses and solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate and present ideas confidently.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly driven team which values a high-performing culture mindset, collaboration, caring for each other and respect.
