We are looking for QA Manager to be responsible provide a strategic leadership in overseeing quality control and regulatory affairs functions within SW Group. This role will be ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing regulatory requirements, and implementing effective quality control measure.

1 Quality Control

    -Develop and implement comprehensive quality control programs for the manufacturing processes -Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that SW Food products meet established specifications and standards -Monitor the collaborations with Quality teams in respective Branches to implement effective quality control measures -Oversee and monitor regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards -Oversee accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality control processes and regulatory compliance -Drive and monitor the implementation of record-keeping systems to track quality metrics and regulatory submissions -Ensure that all quality-related documentation meets regulatory requirements

2 Regulatory Affairs

    -Ensure SW Food Group is fully compliant with food safety regulations, labeling requirements, and other relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO standards, halal certification requirement) -Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulatory requirements -Oversee interactions with regulatory bodies, interprets regulatory requirements, and provide advice on strategies to maintain compliance while achieving business objectives -Oversee licensing agreements and renewal of licenses, ensuring terms and conditions are adhered to and addressing any issues that may arise

    -Stay updated on changes in relevant regulations and standards -Prepare and present updates to Senior Leadership, highlighting issues and challenges where necessary
    -Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field -Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in quality management roles within the food manufacturing industry -In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
