Job scope

  • Handle customer enquiries via inbound calls / email regarding to Telco general inquiries
  • Identify cause of problems and recommend solutions

Working Shift:

  • 9:00AM - 12:00AM
  • 8 working hour daily in rotational shift basis
  • 5 working days weekly in rotational shift basis
  • 2 days off per week

Remuneration Package

  • Salary package : Up to RM3,000
  • Basic salary: RM2,500-RM3,000 (Depends on experience)
  • KPI allowance: Maximum RM500.00 (performance based)
  • Night Shift allowance (depends on working shift)

Working Location

  • Menara Tokio Marine, Jalan Tun Razak. Kuala Lumpur
  • Nearby to MRT/LRT Ampang Park station (5 minutes working distance)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
