Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, XiaoHongShu etc.
- Host live sessions and video content, showcasing products, sharing updates, and interacting with the audience.
- Experiment with new and innovative content ideas to keep our social media presence fresh and exciting.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and implement best practices to optimize our social media activities.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Min 1 to 2 years as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, management tools, and analytics tools.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera for live sessions and video content.
- Passionate about content creation and exploring new ideas and trends.
- Highly creative with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, audience demographics, and targeting strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
