- Deep understanding for business strategy and plan and drive sales activity to achieve the committed revenue and profit
- Conduct market research and market mapping to penetrate relevant markets that align to company strategy
- Expand & identify new sales leads and potential new markets across various channels not limited to cold call, email, social media, networking events etc
- Establish professionals client/business relationships with key decision makers in client’s company in a competitive environment
- Keep awareness of latest market trends (competitors, new FDI) and discuss with the head of department on strategy to penetrate the market
- Update client companies’ information accurately in RM system, leverage RM to streamline sales process to re-target potential prospects
- Attend business conferences, meetings, expo, and industry events when needed
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for business pitching
- Develop & customize quotes, proposals and agreements according to client needs and align of company requirement
- Keep head of department informed by submitting weekly & monthly reports
- Possess at least Degree/Diploma in business administration, mass communication, psychology field;
- Minimum 2 years experiences in B2B sales/business development
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin
- Experiences promoting product/services from to human resource manager/director.
- Have existing network of manufacturing/tech companies
- Strong networker, outspoken, fast paced and quick thinking, able to respond to clients request promptly
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
- Good communication & business presentation skills
- Skillful in business contracts negotiation and dealing with complaints/rejection
- Result driven & aggressive personality
