This role will involve administrative tasks and contributing to making the company a better place to work. He/she will be the main contact point of managers and employees for inquiries related to employment, the HR system, and internal movement. This role will also require the individual to know how to handle HR systems and to be proactive in enhancing the overall HR operations processes and procedures. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.


  • Maintain accuracy, and integrity, and update of all data entered in the internal system to ensure information is available on time- such as new hires, resignations, and staff movement.
  • Prepare letters on staff movement accordingly and update the changes in the HR systems and employee P-files.
  • Set up, update, and manage employee P-file to ensure information is available and up to date when requested.
  • Act as the main contact point for HR system implementation, enhancement, and integration projects; working closely with various stakeholders to manage project plans
  • Regularly conduct system audits to guarantee data integrity.
  • Generate and prepare regular internal reporting and metrics from the internal database and systems
  • Manage HR general emails
  • Manage HR administration tasks such as staff ID card, training administrations, Annual Background check
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection of employee engagement.
  • Support other tasks as assigned.
