Job Description: -To provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team. -Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations, administrative supports and delivery arrangements. -To update and maintain the sales & customers database with high level of accuracy. -Liaise with the supply chain to ensure delivery is in accordance to meet sales target. -To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the superior / management. Job Requirements: -Excellent in customer services skill, business management skill, organizational/ multitasking/ problem solving skill, and verbal communication skill. -preferable 3-5 years experience in Sales Administrator/ sales support agent or equivalent. -Understanding of sales performances metrics. -Ability to follow direction, work under pressure and work well with others. -Self initiated, organized, detail oriented, and can work independently with minimum supervision. -Hands on experience with MS Power BI or relevant software is a plus.
