*THIS ROLE ONLY REQUIRES HINDI NATIVE SPEAKERS* Work with Quality Assurance on improvement in Call Handling efficiency. Work with Quality Assurance on identification of CSAT gaps and input into strategies required to address these. Work with Quality Assurance on interaction with management in identifying broad based CSAT challenges. No leave application during initial setup and launch phase of project till project goes live. Drive improvement of individual and team Quality results. Development of individual soft skills and technical knowledge. Completion of required call monitoring volumes, provision of call feedback and entry of results. Improvement in Call Handling efficiency. Conduct re-audit monitoring on all coaches. Train New Hires on Quality items. Conduct Calibration sessions with Client and Internal personnel. Frequent meetings with Clients to share Quality metrics and actions taken to drive improvement. Provide Quality Reports.
