Responsibilities: • Administers and acts as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and addressing inquiries from staff and external stakeholders. • Ensuring efficient office operations by overseeing management tasks and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and entered into the computerized system. • Prepare and manage budget planning for expenditures related to general affairs. • Coordinates company events, meetings and training sessions to foster a productive work environment. • Preparing reports and ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/ management. Requirements: • Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Office Management or equivalent. • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a related field or position. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply) • Display proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advance), Word, and PowerPoint. • Able to work independently, and collectively, with strong problem-solving skills along with a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency and in a responsible manner. • Capable of working independently or collaboratively, possessing strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrating a proactive approach to responsibly enhancing operational efficiency. • Prefer candidate who can start work immediately. • Willing to work at Samalaju, Bintulu.
