Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management:
- Place orders for raw materials, supplies, and equipment needed for production.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Supplier Coordination:
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, discrepancies, and delivery issues.
- Inventory Control:
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for production needs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical counts with system records.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quantities.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and inventory status for management review.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing and procurement.
- Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met.

Pay: RM1,386.57 - RM2,157.77 per month
