Customer Service Executive | Bilingual – Korean
Job Responsibilities:
· After-sales engineer of a certain brand of computer printer
· Answer users' calls and provide professional and comprehensive technical support and customer service to end customers -Resolve technical problems of customer and provide pre-sales and after-sales consultation services through telephone and network, and keep detailed records
Job Requirements:
· College degree or above, science and engineering preferred
· Have a certain computer network foundation; It is preferable to have a computer grade certificate
· Able to speak, read and write Korean and English language
· Have certain communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, patience and service awareness;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
