Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, picking, packing, and distribution.
• Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Arrange logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods, coordinating closely with external transport partners and customers to meet delivery timelines.
• Physical Inventory & Stock Take: Perform physical stock counts and ensuring reliable and accurate inventory records.
• Process Improvement & Escalation Management: Monitor warehouse and logistics processes, proactively manage any issues and implementing improvements.
• Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as at when required.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years in warehouse or logistics operations, with strong experience in inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Proactive, pleasant character, independent, resourceful & willing to learn attitude.
• High attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies on stock counts and logistics.
• Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with English and Mandarin speaking clients
• Able to work under challenging and fast- paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
