Our resort based at Pantai Remis Jeram, The Kabin. (1st Hotel Container)
Looking for Operation Cum Front Desk
· Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
· Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.)
· Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
· Working closely with Housekeeping Department Team , assisting Housekeeping team during peak season.
· Any Ad Hoc Task related to operation given from Resort Manager
Requirements:
· Posses at least minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
· Experience in any position in hospitality industry at least 1 year.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Able to communicate in English, in both written and oral.
· Friendly, customer-centric, sales oriented attitude
· Able to multitask and work in a team environment

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
