The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand growth, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with various departments to ensure effective marketing campaigns and contribute to achieving the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, email, and events.
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media posts, and blog articles.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • Brand Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and monitor social media platforms, creating engaging content, analyzing performance, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns to engage potential customers and promote brand messaging.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing or a similar role (typically 1-3 years).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
  • Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing success.
