Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers who walk into the dealership or contact the business via phone, email, or online chat.
- Understand the customer’s needs, preferences, and budget to recommend the most suitable Mitsubishi models (e.g., Triton, Xpander, Outlander).
- Provide information about Mitsubishi vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest Mitsubishi models, features, technological advancements, and changes to pricing or promotions.
- Be knowledgeable about the benefits of Mitsubishi’s vehicles, such as safety features, performance, fuel efficiency, and warranty coverage.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, including test drives, to show customers how a car performs and to address any questions they may have.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Work to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and other performance goals set by the dealership.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals while maintaining profitability for the dealership.
- Guide customers through the purchase process, explaining paperwork and ensuring they understand the terms of the sale, warranties, and any additional services.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with potential and past customers, keeping them informed about new models, special offers, or service reminders.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any post-purchase concerns or service needs.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle customer paperwork, including sales contracts, financing applications, and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using the dealership’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the finance and service teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in dealership training programs to stay updated on Mitsubishi products and sales techniques.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales Skills: A strong ability to sell, persuade, and close deals is essential for a sales consultant.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Product Knowledge: A good understanding of Mitsubishi vehicles and the automotive industry is vital, though training is typically provided.
- Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Ability to negotiate terms and find solutions to meet both the customer’s and dealership’s needs.
- Organization: Handling multiple customers and paperwork efficiently requires organizational skills.
Work Environment:
Sales consultants typically work in a dealership environment, which could involve standing for long periods and interacting with customers face-to-face, on the phone, or via email. The role may also require occasional weekend or evening shifts to accommodate customer availability.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
