Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and assist customers who walk into the dealership or contact the business via phone, email, or online chat.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with potential and past customers, keeping them informed about new models, special offers, or service reminders.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any post-purchase concerns or service needs.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle customer paperwork, including sales contracts, financing applications, and other documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using the dealership’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the finance and service teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in dealership training programs to stay updated on Mitsubishi products and sales techniques.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Skills: A strong ability to sell, persuade, and close deals is essential for a sales consultant.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
