In This Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and customers satisfaction through in-store experiences, as well as multi-channel sales approach. You will work in partnership with all associates and managers to learn about our range of products, services and brands. You are expected to be proactive in enhancing customers' buying experience, fostering loyalty and repeat purchases.
You’ll Be Doing
- Stay up to date with product knowledge of store offerings
- Drive and determination to serve customers. Aspire to connect customers with everything matters most with peace of mind
- Greet, engage, and educate customers warmly on the products and services: features, functionality and personalisation
- Utilise social media platforms under branding and visual team guidelines to convert “viral moments” into lucrative revenue stream
- Process register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Uphold brand integrity through visual merchandising guidelines
- Take initiative and have a high-level of ownership and accountability for individual results
- Welcomes feedback and adapts behaviours as appropriate
- Represent our brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
- Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
- Other tasks as defined by the Company
The Ideal Person
- Mastering the art of human communications through languages, primarily Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Pleasant personality with proven ability to exceed sales goals, specifically in retail home furniture and furnishing industry
- Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
- Exceptional attention to details, with strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in social media and digital marketing preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
- Previous luxury retail experience preferred.
- Great interpersonal skills, leading with integrity and honesty

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
