  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

  • Full time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • Based Taman Danau Desa, Kuala Lumpur
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and maintain the list of approved suppliers list.
  • To request for quotations & materials sample from potential suppliers and manufacturers.
  • To evaluate the prices and quality on materials quoted by the potential suppliers and manufacturers.
  • To submit price comparison for Boss or General Manager’s approval.
  • To issue Purchase Order based on Management Approved Requisition Form.
  • Attend to calls / visits from suppliers.
  • To follow-up and control on materials delivered to factory compared to ordered quantities. Communicate with Factory Manager for material quality to ensure on time delivery.
  • Emphasis on inventory control. Update DO and INV in GRN and attach the DO with INV for account department further action.
  • Conduct stock count in weekly basis.
  • Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 will be added advantage.
  • Perform any duty as and when required by the immediate superior / HOD.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Purchasing/Business Administration/equivalent.
  • At least 2 years and above working experience in Purchasing/ Procurement related field is required.
  • Experience working in the manufacturing company will be added advantage
  • Possess good interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Result oriented with a strong sense of urgency and managing to handle and work under pressure.
  • Required languages – English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
